Happy Birthday to Hannah Simon & Tucker Sink!
Attention Students....if you are thinking of tossing out that half unused
notebook or any unused school supplies please consider dropping them off
in Room 218 and making them available for other students to use.
Speech and Drama Club year end picnic is Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 6 p.m.
Attention Juniors: Witt Photography dropped off brochures for 2011 Senior
pictures. If interested pick one up in the main office.
SPORTS & ACTIVITIES:
The XL Sports Acceleration Program will host a 6 week Speed and Strength
Camp here at Columbus starting On June 2nd - July 21st. The Camp will meet
on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's from 7:30 - 9:00am or 9:00 - 10:30am.
This is open to All Columbus Students. The Cost is $225 for the 6 weeks.
We strongly encourage and recommend all to participate; this is another
way to build community and the Sailor Spirit. Registration form may be
picked up in the office.
Columbus girls soccer beat Clear Creek Amana 5-0 Friday night at Amana.
Goals were scored by Ashlee Sinnott (2), Sam Benson, Maddie Seymour, and
Katie Conway. The Sailors next game should be a wild one.......the # 8
Sailors take on 14-0 LaPorte Union currently # 3.
The boys golf team won their district on Friday and are advancing to state
this weekend. Jack Conway was the medalist and Andrew Huff finished 4th.
Mitch Maiers and Adam Squires also scored for the sailors.
