From enrollment through graduation, counselors support students in their preparation for life. The counselors at Columbus High School seek to assist parents and students through the many challenges of high school. From the time eighth grade students begin their four year plan, one of the first persons they meet at Columbus is the counselor. From this initial encounter through graduation, families and students share in creating class schedules and transitioning into life after high school. In addition to scheduling and the college process, counselors advise students about personal issues, athletics, extracurricular activities, career options, and academic issues.

Our office is open from 7:00AM to 3:00PM for students and parents to come in. Please feel free to drop by or make an appointment.

College Reps: If you would like to schedule a visit to Columbus, please contact the counseling secretary, Shelly Kuchera, at 233-3358 ext. 122 or at skuchera@columbushigh.org
